The Paramus, New Jersey-based real estate investment trust said it had funds from operations of $21.7 million, or $4.23 per share, in the period.

The company said it had net income of $77.7 million, or $15.17 per share.

The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $49.7 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $89.8 million, or $17.52 per share. Revenue was reported as $206.1 million.

The company's shares have decreased 0.5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 3.5% in the last 12 months.
