Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE:ARE) acquired Four-building 3000 Minuteman Road from Atlantic Management Corporation for $190 million on January 18, 2022. Robert Griffin, Edward Maher, Matthew Pullen and Samantha Hallowell of Newmark Group, Inc. completed the sale on behalf of Atlantic Management. Additionally, Newmark Executive Managing Director Torin Taylor has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for the campus. Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc.
