Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. agreed to acquire 3301, 3303, 3305 and 3307 Hillview Avenue from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisor, Inc. for approximately $450 million.

Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE:ARE) agreed to acquire 3301, 3303, 3305 and 3307 Hillview Avenue from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisor, Inc. for approximately $450 million on December 1, 2021.
