Alfa, S. A. B. de C. V. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months of 2018. For the quarter, the company reported revenues of USD 4,837 against USD 4,232 a year ago. Consolidated EBITDA was USD 676 against USD 522 a year ago. Majority net income was USD 184 against USD 76 a year ago. Capital expenditures and acquisitions were USD 651 million against USD 227 million a year ago.
For the year to date, the company reported revenues of USD 9,413 against USD 8,230 a year ago. Consolidated EBITDA was USD 1,305 against USD 1,050 a year ago. Majority net income was USD 373 against USD 230 a year ago. Capital expenditures and acquisitions were USD 836 million against USD 525 million a year ago. Net debt was USD 7,014 million against USD 6,401 million a year ago.
