Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 1,890,047 shares, representing 5% of its issued and outstanding share capital. All the repurchased shares will be cancelled. The bid will expire on March 18, 2022. As of March 8, 2021, the company had 37,800,943 shares issued and outstanding.
