CURA Beteiligungsgesellschaft Brasilien m.b.H., Arosa Vermoegensverwaltungsgesellschaft, Sierra Investments Holdings, BV and Alexander Otto agreed to acquire Aliansce Shopping Centers S.A. (BOVESPA:ALSC3) from Rique Empreendimentos E Participacoes Ltda, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, RFR Empreendimentos E Participações S.A. and Renato Feitosa Rique on March 21, 2019. The merger should be completed within coming weeks of late March or early April 2019. BofA Merrill Lynch acted as the financial advisor for Aliansce Shopping Centers.
