Alimentation Couche-Tard to Acquire 35 Locations From ARS Fresno

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. on Tuesday said it would acquire 35 convenience and fuel retail sites from ARS Fresno LLC and certain affiliated companies that operate under the Porter's brand.

The locations are located predominately in Oregon and western Washington, the company said.

Brian Hannasch, president and chief executive of Alimentation Couche-Tard, said, "These locations have strong fuel and convenience assets with a track record of growth and a network of experienced employees."

The deal is expected to close in the second half of September.
