Mikio Watanabe agreed to acquire remaining 55% stake in Five Stars Game Inc. from All About, Inc. (JASDAQ:2454) on May 10, 2018. All About, Inc. will sell 506 shares of Five Stars Game Inc. Upon completion, All About, Inc. will not hold any stake in Five Stars Game Inc. Mikio Watanabe and All About, Inc. will sign a contract for the acquisition of Five Stars Game Inc. on May 14, 2018. As of March 31, 2018, Five Stars Game Inc. had total assets of ¥49.3 million and net liabilities of ¥37.5 million. For the year ended March 31, 2018, Five Stars Game Inc. had sales of ¥210.3 million, operating loss of ¥14.8 million and net loss of ¥14.7 million. The Board of Directors of All About, Inc. passed a resolution on the transaction on May 10, 2018. The transaction is expected to complete on May 14, 2018.
