Allfunds Bank S.A. completed the acquisition of a Fund research business of Fundinfo AG.

Allfunds Bank S.A. agreed to acquire a Fund research business of Fundinfo AG on July 2, 2019. As a part of transaction, Thomas Zuettel, head of research will join Allfunds and fundinfo team will join Allfunds’ Zurich hub. Christoph Neeracher, Luca Jagmetti and Daniel Flühmann of Bär & Karrer Ltd. acted as legal advisors to fundinfo AG.
