On October 29, 2020, Alliance Data Systems Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share, payable on December 18, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 13, 2020. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
