Alliance Healthcare Group Limited announced that the Company has signed an outsourcing agreement (the "Outsourcing Agreement") with Aviva Ltd. ("Aviva") dated 21 October 2021 to provide managed healthcare solutions. Pursuant to the Outsourcing Agreement, the Group shall act as the service provider to the Aviva to provide services including managed healthcare solutions, claim administrative services, customer services, and nursing, home care and other medical supports to the Aviva's patient care programme. The Outsourcing Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years commencing from 1 January 2022 (the "Initial Term"). After the Initial Term, the Outsourcing Agreement shall be renewed on the same terms for successive period(s) each equal to the Initial Term unless either party provides at least three (3) months written notice prior to expiry of the current term advising of its intention not to renew. The Company and Aviva have also agreed that the Outsourcing Agreement shall be subject to review and renegotiations three (3) months prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or each successive term. The Outsourcing Agreement is not expected to have any direct material impact on the Group's financial results for the current financial year ending 30 June 2022. None of the Company's directors, controlling shareholders and/or their respective associates has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Outsourcing Agreement.
