CHARGES RELATING TO A LOCUM DOCTOR

The board of directors ("Board") of Alliance Healthcare Group Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcements dated 7 November 2019, 29 June 2021, 29 July 2021, 27 August 2021, 22 September 2021 and 21 October 2021 in relation to the investigation by the Ministry of Manpower ("MOM") concerning a locum doctor.

The Board wishes to update that the Group's lawyers were informed by MOM's prosecutors that Attorney General's Chambers ("AGC") have directed MOM to apply for a further 8-week adjournment of this matter for the AGC to assess parties' representations. The court has therefore adjourned further mention of the proceedings to 14 January 2022.

The Company will make further announcement(s) on any material development as and when appropriate.
