          Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
          Officers.

On June 8, 2020, Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Brian Farley would no longer be serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company, effective June 21, 2020. The departure of Mr. Farley is not a result of any dispute or disagreement over the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company also announced that Tejal Vakharia will succeed Mr. Farley as the Company's General Counsel.
