Further to the earlier announcement in Tadawul dated 2nd June 2021, Almarai Company hereby announces the completion of the acquisition of the assets from Binghatti Beverages Manufacturing LLC in UAE, for a consideration of AED 215 million.
- The acquisition will enhance Almarai's ability to serve its customers by expanding the range of beverage products in the region. - The transaction is internally financed by Almarai's operating cash flows. - There are no related parties in this transaction. |
