(Alliance News) - Almawave Spa and Seed Group, a company belonging to the private office of Sheikh Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, announced Tuesday the signing of an agreement aimed at deploying AI solutions for digital innovation in Dubai and the broader MENA region.

Seed Group, Almawave points out in a note, offers advanced services and strategies aimed at companies that aim to consolidate and expand their presence in the Saudi market. Seed Group has a wealth of experience in building mutually beneficial alliances with leading companies in the global industry and technology sector.

"Therefore, their respective competencies give rise to an ideal partnership in order to be able to propose artificial intelligence-based innovations, aimed at innovation and digital market evolution, in Dubai and more generally in the UAE," the company clarifies.

Paolo Paravento, Chief Sales Officer of Almawave, commented, "Almawave has among its goals to evolve in the international market. Almawave's stock rises 1.1 percent to EUR4.74 per share.
