LPEK, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:ALPEK A) agreed to acquire the PTA and PET plants from Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. on for approximately $390 million.

ALPEK, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:ALPEK A) agreed to acquire the PTA and PET plants from Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. (BOVESPA:BRDT3) for approximately $390 million on February 7, 2018. The transaction is still subject to adjustments in working capital and will be paid on the closing of the transaction. The transaction was approved by the Administrative Council of Economic Defense and is still subject to the compliance with other conditions precedent.
