Alpha DX Group Limited (Catalist:VVL) entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding to acquire DiDi Academy, Inc from Didi Investments, Inc on June 22, 2021. Alpha DX Group Limited entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire DiDi Academy, Inc from Didi Investments, Inc for SGD 2 million on August 17, 2021. The transaction is subject to closing conditions including regulatory approvals. As announced on August 24, 2021, an extraordinary general meeting of Alpha DX Group Limited shareholders will be held on September 8, 2021 for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving the transaction. As of September 8, 2021, shareholders of Alpha DX Group voted in favor of the acquisition. RHT Capital Pte. Ltd. acted as financial advisor to the Directors of Alpha DX Group Limited.
