COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF DIDI ACADEMY INC. AS AN INTERESTED PERSON TRANSACTION

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meanings as the circular released by Alpha DX Group Limited on 24 August 2021 (the "Circular").

1. INTRODUCTION
   The board of directors (the "Directors" or the "Board") of Alpha DX Group Limited (the
   "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce the completion of Proposed Acquisition.
2. COMPLETION OF THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION
   On 9 September 2021, the Group and the Target had entered into the Addendum and accordingly, the full consideration of S$2,000,000 has been paid to the Seller and 100% equity interest in the Target has been transferred to the Group. Following the Completion, the Target is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
