Scope of Singapore Stock Trading Services

Singapore, 16 June 2021 - Alpha DX Group Limited, ("Alpha DX", the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), a premier learning and education solution company, is pleased to announce that Japan-based MITA SECURITIES Co., Ltd. ("MITA SECURITIES") has arranged for the shares of Alpha DX to be traded by its Japanese clients.

This arrangement has enabled individual customers in Japan to trade shares of Alpha DX as foreign stock trading through MITA SECURITIES in a way similar to trading shares of Japanese listed companies in the domestic equity markets.

Founded in 1949, Japan-based MITA SECURITIES is the financial securities firm registered under the Japanese financial law, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, which provides stock brokerage services and other professional business services.
