RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

All capitalised terms used in this announcement which are not defined herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Circular dated 24 August 2021 to the shareholders of the Alpha DX Group Limited (the "Company").

Pursuant to Rule 704(15) of the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Alpha DX Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 8 September 2021 via electronic means, the Ordinary Resolution set forth in the Notice of the EGM dated 24 August 2021 was duly passed by way of a poll.

1. The results of the poll on the resolution put to vote at the EGM is as follows:

1. Mr Yoshiyasu Naruse, DiDi Investments, Inc and their respective Associates were required to and had abstained from voting on the Ordinary Resolution put to vote at the EGM.
2. Entrust Advisory Pte Ltd was appointed as the scrutineer for the EGM.
