Alpha Professional Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Cui Songhe as Independent Non-Executive Director, the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a Member of Each of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

The Board of Alpha Professional Holdings Limited announces that Mr. Cui Songhe ("Mr. Cui ") has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, and ceased to act as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of each of the audit committee and nomination committee of the Company with effect from 3 May 2020 as he would like to devote more time to his personal commitments.
