Alstom has reported net attributable income of €149m for 2024-25, compared with -€309m in 2023-24, and adjusted operating income up 18% to nearly €1.18bn, representing a margin of 6.4%.
Its revenue increased by 4.9% (+6.6% organically) to €18.5bn and orders rose by 4.7% (+4.4% organically) to €19.8bn, bringing its order book to €95bn.
Although it claims free cash flow of €502m for the year, the transport equipment manufacturer said that its board of directors had proposed that no dividend be paid for the past financial year.
For the 2025-26 financial year, Alstom is targeting an order-to-revenue ratio above one, organic revenue growth of between 3% and 5%, and an adjusted operating margin of around 7%.
