The US Bankruptcy Court approved the first amended plan of reorganization of Kingfisher Midstream, LLC, Kingfisher Stack Oil Pipeline, LLC, Oklahoma Produced Water Solutions, LLC, and Cimarron Express Pipeline, LLC on May 27, 2020. The debtor has filed its first amended plan in the Court on April 22, 2020. As per the amended plan, administrative claims, professional fee claims, priority tax claims and adequate protection claims will be paid full in cash. Other priority claims and other secure claims will be paid full in cash or any other treatment agreed. credit agreement claim of $224 million shall be recovered 20% i.e. $44.8 million and shall receive excess distributable cash of at least $1.3 million, and quarterly there after until the claim is paid in full, is the claim is not satisfied in full, then will receive distribution from excess reserve amounts. Holders of general unsecured claims will receive no distribution. Intercompany claims shall be either be paid, reinstated or cancelled as decided by the debtors, while all the intercompany interests will be cancelled. The plan will be funded through cash in hand, sale of assets, cash from wind-down reserve and a claim reserve and free reserve account will be established from the distributable cash.
