Real estate group Altarea has announced that it has finalized the acquisition of Prejeance Industrial from Repsol, completing its plan to develop photovoltaic installations in France by 2023.

Specializing in small and medium-sized rooftop photovoltaic projects, Prejeance Industrial owns and operates a portfolio with a total installed capacity of over 42 MWp in France, and is developing a pipeline of mastered projects of almost 400 MWp.

The investment amounts to around 140 million euros, including around 25 million euros of goodwill and 115 million euros of solar power plants in operation, construction and assembly. Prejeance Industrial will be consolidated from the second half of 2024.
