The Pharmaceutical Cannabis includes Althea, a brand of cannabis-based medicine. The Company’s Recreational Cannabis segment includes Peak Processing Solutions (Peak), a contract manufacturing organization which works with consumer-packaged goods companies to develop, manufacture, and distribute recreational cannabis products.
