Alumina Limited 2017 AGM - Voting Result

As required by ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001, the following statistics are provided in respect to each item of business considered by members at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 25 May 2017.

The results of voting on each motion is as follows:
