AMAG Austria Metall AG announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported revenues of EUR 263.2 million against EUR 257.5 million a year ago. EBITDA was EUR 38.9 million against EUR 43.4 million a year ago, because of positive one-off effects in the previous year and start-up costs of the new plant. EBIT was EUR 18.6 million against EUR 24.7 million a year ago. Net income after taxes was EUR 12.9 million against EUR 16.5 million a year ago. Cash flow from operating activities was EUR 14.0 million against EUR 7.6 million a year ago.

For the year of 2018, the company expects EBITDA in a range between EUR 150 million and EUR 170 million.
