AMARA HOLDINGS LIMITED Amara Holdings Limited announced that upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee which has reviewed the qualification and experience of Mr. Seow Ewe Keong, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Seow as an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Seow will be briefed on the rules of the Singapore Listing Manual and the Code of Corporate Governance. He will attend training on the roles and responsibilities of a director of a listed company.
Professional qualifications include Professional Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce, The University of Western Australia Chartered Accountant (Malaysian Institute of Accountants).
