Amazon.com Inc. rolled out a luxury shopping platform that will host fashion and beauty brands, in the e-commerce giant's latest expansion of its offerings.

Amazon said Tuesday the Luxury Stores platform will be available on the Amazon app by invitation, with U.S. Prime members being eligible.

The company said the American fashion house Oscar de la Renta will sell its pre-fall and fall-winter 2020 collections on the platform, with other brands to follow in coming weeks and seasons.
