Mexico City, June 27, 2017. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. ("AMX") [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV] [LATIBEX: XAMXL], and JCDecaux SA (Euronext Paris: DEC), have announced today the entering into a joint venture for the out-of-home advertising businesses in Mexico by merging their respective out-of-home advertising Mexican operations.

Upon the closing of the transaction JCDecaux will own 60% of the joint venture shares and the remaining 40% shares will be owned by AMX.

The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, including the approval of the Mexican Federal Competition Commission and is expected to close within 2017.
