At the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of American Airlines Group Inc. (the
"Company") held on June 10, 2020 (the "2020 Annual Meeting"), the stockholders
of the Company voted on the following proposals, each of which is described in
the Company's Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the
Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2020 (the "Proxy Statement"):
Proposal 1: Election of Directors.
