SAO PAULO/BRASILIA, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Brazilian development bank BNDES said on Monday it has proceeded with the collection of debt from troubled Brazilian retailer Americanas , days after the company filed for bankruptcy following accounting inconsistencies.
