Amerigo Resources Ltd. (TSX:ARG) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase 11,080,000 common shares, representing 6.67% of its outstanding shares. All common shares purchased under the NCIB will be cancelled.
The NCIB will terminate no later than December 1, 2023. As of November 18, 2022, the company had 166,032,658 common shares outstanding.
