On June 16, 2021, Brian Scott, Chief Accounting Officer of AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. notified the Company of his resignation, effective August 9, 2021, to pursue another opportunity. The Company intends to appoint Christopher Schwartz, who has been with the Company since February 2005 and currently serves as the Company's controller, as interim principal financial officer, effective upon Mr. Scott's resignation.
