On the occasion of the publication of the annual results for the year 2020, as well as the half-year and interim results for 2021, the Company will organize, in the afternoon, ad-hoc conference calls with the financial community.

In accordance with the provisions of the Italian Stock Exchange, Amplifon S.p.A. also communicates that the calendar month scheduled for the payment of any 2020 financial year dividend is May 2021. This communication is being made solely for the purpose of complying with the above requirements and has no forecasting significance as to the existence of the conditions for the dividend distribution.

Any amendments to the above calendar will be promptly notified to the market.
