Anaplan, Inc. (NYSE:PLAN) signed an agreement to acquire Mintigo from group of investors on August 26, 2019. The transaction is subject to closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the quarter. Anaplan, Inc. (NYSE:PLAN) completed the acquisition of Mintigo from group of investors for $36.2 million on October 3, 2019. The consideration of $29.2 million was paid during the three months ended October 31, 2019, and the remaining amount of $4.3 million was paid in November 2019.
