It provides its services to smaller companies that file exchange act reports and the scope of which includes application for EDGAR access codes, conversion of required documents to acceptable formats, XBRL tagging of filings and reports, editing and additional formatting and electronic transmission of the tagged and converted documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It provide various accounting and auditing services. The Company also provides legal and regulatory advisory compliance services.
