Angang Steel Company Limited Announces the Resignation Yang Xu as Executive Director and Member of the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Angang Steel Company Limited announced that Mr. Yang Xu tendered his resignation as executive director and member of the nomination committee of the Company to the Board on 11 October 2022 due to changes in work arrangement. The resignation of Mr. Yang takes effect from 11 October 2022.
