• Appointment of a Director
• Sustainability issues entrusted to the renewed Controls and Risks Committee

Milan, 18 December 2020 - The Board of Directors of ANIMA Holding spa (ANIM.IM) appointed today as Director Prof. Giovanni Bruno, replacing Melany Libraro who resigned in November 2020 due to new unforeseeable professional commitments.

Mr. Bruno is deemed Independent pursuant to the current regulations.

The Board also resolved, as a further step to increase the Group's commitment in this area, to expand the functions of the existing Controls and Risks Committee by renaming it to the Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee.

The Committee, composed of three independent Directors, will oversee the sustainability issues related to the business activities and its interactions with stakeholders, the definition of the strategic sustainability guidelines and the related action plan .
