The company's holding shareholder Anji Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter Anji Cayman) and shareholder of the company's holding shareholder Anji Cayman, namely RUYI Holdings Inc. and its shareholders Shumin Wang, Northern Light Venture Fund II, L.P., Northern Light Strategic Fund II, L.P., Northern Light Partners Fund II, L.P., Yuding Limited and its shareholders Zhu Youren, Oriental Wall Limited, CRS Holdings Inc. and its shareholders Chris Chang Yu, SMS Global Holdings Inc. and its shareholders Steven Larry Ungar, SGB Holdings Inc. and its shareholders Shaun Xiao-Feng Gong, Anjoin Company Limited and its shareholders Shumin Wang, Yuchun Wang, Kai Luo, Taishih Maw, Arthur Hsu, Frank Chang, Eric Chen, Axl Chen, Zhang Xu promised that they will not transfer nor entrust to others for management direct or indirect shares in the company held prior to this issuance, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares within 36 months after the listing date.
The company's other shareholders China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, Shanghai Zhangjiang Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Shanghai Dachen Technology Investment Co., Ltd., Suzhou Zhonghe Chunsheng No. 3 Investment Center (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Xinxin Investment Center (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Anxu Investment Center (Limited Partnership), Beijing Integrated Circuit Design and Fengce Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership), the company's director Chen Datong, supervisor Li Jichao, Zhu Huina, management personnel Yang Xun and company's core technical personnel Jing Jianfen, Peng Hongxiu, Wang Xucheng promised that they will not transfer nor entrust to others for management direct or indirect shares in the company held prior to this issuance, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares within 12 months after the listing date.
