ERRATA CORRIGE RELEASE OF JUNE 1ST, 2020 COINCERNING METHODS AND EXERCISE RATIO OF ANTARES VISION WARRANTS

Travagliato (BS), 3 June 2020 - Antares Vision S.p.A. announces, to correct the information included in the press release issued on 1 June 2020 with reference to the methods and Exercise Ratio of the Antares Vision Warrants, that the Exercise Ratio for June 2020 is 0.1041 (and not 0.10, as indicated in the previous press release).

That stated in the press release of June 1st, 2020 remains valid with regard to the methods for exercising the Antares Vision Warrants in June 2020.
