CityFibre Infrastructure Holdings Limited announced that it expects to receive funding from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P., Mubadala Investment Company PJSC, Interogo Holding AG, Antin Infrastructure Partners S.A.

CityFibre Infrastructure Holdings Limited announced that it will receive a round of funding on September 16, 2021.

On the same day, the company has received £825 million in an equity round of funding led by new investor, Mubadala Investment Company for £500 million. The transaction included participation from new investor, Interogo Holding AG and returning investors, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P., Antin Infrastructure Partners S.A.
