TOKYO March 14, 2024 - Aozora Bank, Ltd. (President and CEO: Kei Tanikawa; Head Office: Tokyo) ('Aozora' or 'the Bank') today announced the launch of its new money service for the wonderful life of retail customers called "BANK The Partner."

BANK The Partner is designed to provide a wider range of customers with essential tips for money and daily life and commits to supporting their life planning from a neutral perspective.

BANKTM is a smartphone app-enabled banking service and its "Money Service for Your Wonderful Life" concept was created in order to support people who value "using their time and money efficiently to live a happy life." The number of service users exceeded 700,000 as of February 2024. As customers with a high level of Internet literacy continue to increase, Aozora intends to support them in achieving their life plans by providing even more useful information as well as life planning consultations from a neutral perspective.

Aozora will make ongoing efforts to provide high-value added products and services for its customers while building upon its specialized and differentiated services as the "Primary Secondary Bank; the partner of choice" by further leveraging its core competencies.
