AP Company Co., Ltd. (TSE:3175) concluded a basic agreement to acquire real taste Co., Ltd. from Tetsuo Roji on August 8, 2018. real taste Co., Ltd. will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of AP Company Co., Ltd., after the deal. Board of Directors of AP Company resolved in favor of the deal on August 8, 2018. A share transfer agreement is expected to be signed in early December 2018 and the closing of the deal is expected in late December 2018.
