According to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of AP (Thailand) PCL. on July 9th, 2020, the meeting has passed resolution to issue a debenture not exceeding 25,000 million Baht (Revolving Facility) or equivalent amount in other currencies and hereby authorized the Board of Directors and/or any person assigned by the Board of Directors and/or Chief Executive officer and/or Managing Director to jointly have the power to specify the rules, conditions and other details relevant to the issuance and offering.

On August 3rd, 2022 the Company has issued the unsubordinated and unsecured debentures No. 3/2022 without a debenture holders' representatives, total amount of 500 million Baht, offered to private placement not more than 10 persons during 4 months (PP10) details as following;
