APAC Resources Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the commodity trading business and natural source investment business. The Company operates through two business segments. The Commodity Business segment is mainly engaged in the sales of commodities on the spot market to steel mills and traders in China. The Resource Investment segment is engaged in the trading of and investment in listed and unlisted securities. The Company is also involved in the money lending business, the investment and development in mineral resources and the provision of consultancy services in corporate management and metallurgy technology through its subsidiaries.
