(b)Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") and AIMCO-GP, Inc., as general partner of AIMCO Properties, L.P., announced a change in role for John Bezzant. Mr. Bezzant, who has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer since August 2013, has announced his plans to retire. Effective October 21, 2020, Mr. Bezzant ceased to be EVP and CIO.
