Raleigh Investment Company Limited entered into share purchase agreement to acquire an additional 6.3% stake in Apex Adelchi Footwear Limited (DSE:APEXADELFT) from Prime Bank Investment Ltd. and BRAC Bank Limited, Investment Arm on September 18, 2012. Raleigh Investment will acquire 0.47 million shares from Prime Bank Investment and 0.24 million shares from BRAC Bank. The transaction is subject to necessary regulatory formalities and approval in compliance with the laws of Bangladesh.
