Apex Healthcare Berhad Approves Final Single-Tier Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2017; Elects Datuk Phang Ah Tong as an Independent Non-Executive Director

Apex Healthcare Berhad approved a final single-tier dividend of 6.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2017, at the AGM to held on May 24, 2018.

The AGM also approved to elect Datuk Phang Ah Tong as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company.
