Apex International Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 3,493.057 million compared to TWD 2,983.052 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 301.468 million compared to TWD 343.040 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 291.331 million compared to TWD 346.723 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.53 compared to TWD 1.83 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 6,753.461 million compared to TWD 5,587.818 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 504.713 million compared to TWD 621.354 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 445.715 million compared to TWD 630.741 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.35 compared to TWD 3.32 a year ago.
Apex International Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs). Its PCBs are applied in electronic products, such as digital versatile disks (DVDs), liquid crystal display televisions (LCD TVs), fax machines, air conditioners, digital cameras, projectors, TV tuners, voltage converters and light-emitting diode (LED) lighting equipment; computer peripherals, such as DVD players, recordable machines, printers, power supplies, hard drives and motherboards; communication equipment, such as mobile phones, set-top boxes and satellite TV receivers, as well as automotive audio components. The Company distributes its products within Taiwan market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa.
